Kebelakangan ni nita selalu je bersenam, 30 minit setiap sesi stiap hari..konon2 nak turunkan berat la tuh hehe..maklumlah badan ni kalau x bersenam nampak rendang je..
Tahu tak yang lemak dalam badan kita ni berkurang sekiranya kita memotong sukatan kalori sebanyak 500 kcal? tapi x banyak mane pun, kalau nak turun satu kilo (1 KG), dengar2 kena bakar 3500kcal..hah? betol ke ni? ahaha..nak tau betol ke tak, jum kita buat kajian skit.. kalu nak turun berat 1 kilogram, kena buang 500kcal, jadi kalau setiap hari buang 500kcal, dalam seminggu, 7 x 500kcal = 3500kcal..woww! menarik, nampaknya dengan memotong kalori sebanyak 500kcal sehari, berat akan turun. Tapi cmana kalau nak turunkan badan dengan bersenam je? x kisah pun, asalkan masa bersenam tu, kalori sekurang kurangnya 500kcal dibakar. Tapi aktiviti apa ye nak buat, smpai nak bakar 500 kcal tu? adoii..mesti sakit badan ni..

Haa...senarai kat atas tu adalah aktiviti2 yang boleh dilakukan dalam masa sejam dan menjanjikan pembakaran kalori. Tapi nita buat lompat tali je hari2.. tak tau pulak berapa kalori yang terbakar hehe..
Nampaknya entri ni x banyak gambar la...hehe tapi nanti kat entri seterusnya nita taruh la gambar ye..dah malam dah ni,,jum tido, gudnite semua :)
