Soalan 1: What is the factor that influences people in food choices? (20 marks)
Soalan 2: What is the key factors that could make multicultural communication to be successful, kat sini kena elaborate lebih lanjut lagi (20 marks)
Soalan 3: Ada diagram bulatan yang dibagi, dlam buku teks ada tau. Soalan berkaitan dengan client theory of illness. (Patient, natural world, social world and supernatural world)
